Laudy Bar Craft Kitchen is looking for an experienced Craft Bartender who is passionate about hospitality, cocktail craftsmanship, and creating memorable guest experiences. What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality while creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
• Build rapport with guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, beer, and our seasonal menus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and side work.
• Help drive sales through confident upselling and menu knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, upscale casual, or craft cocktail environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining composure during busy service.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
• Professional appearance and commitment to team success.
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with craft cocktails and fresh ingredients.
• Wine knowledge and food pairing experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Florida responsible alcohol service knowledge.
