Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at Cajun Crackin. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a fun and welcoming bar atmosphere.
Compensation:
Hourly pay + tips (high earning potential based on experience and volume)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take drink and food orders from bar guests and servers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Check IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol laws
- must be over 21, must have atlest 2 years experience
- Create a friendly and engaging guest experience
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff during busy shifts
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe environment
Pay: $16.50 - $26.65 per hour
Work Location: In person
