Bartender

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to join our team! We are looking for someone over the age of 18, with previous bar experience and a lively personality!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy
• Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and adherence to legal regulations
• Restock bar supplies proactively to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and service excellence
• Verify valid photographic identification where required
• Open/Close the bar in accordance to our guidelines.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or serving within a bar or hospitality setting is preferred
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety protocols
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for accurate drink mixing and billing
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with positive energy
• Familiarity with responsible alcohol service regulations and safety procedures

Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
