• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.
• Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to maintain seamless service.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or private functions like banquets or catering events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender with a strong background in food service, hospitality industry experience, or fine dining settings.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast for processing transactions efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments during peak hours.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for retail math or food handling purposes.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Experience working in diverse environments such as nightclubs, banquet halls, or catering events is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations.
