Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items that enhance their experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of all beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the ongoing innovation of our drink menu through mixology expertise.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly while providing excellent customer service in a lively environment that promotes teamwork and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the hospitality industry; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience with beverage recipe development and food handling procedures is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management are essential.

Pay: $23.20 - $27.94 per hour
