Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bartending and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS Toast systems, as well as the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. 2 positions open for morning or evening shift. Must be flexible and open to anything.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and flair.
• Keeping up with bussing your tables and bar dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages or needs for reordering.
• Stay informed about drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and menu offerings to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS, or similar systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
