Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and professionalism
• Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service that enhances their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures in the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process orders and payments efficiently
• Follow food safety management practices to ensure all drinks are prepared in compliance with health regulations
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and responsible service policies
• Keep inventory organized, restock supplies as needed, and assist in closing procedures to ensure a smooth shift transition

Experience

• Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards is highly valued
• Familiarity with POS systems helps streamline order processing and enhances guest satisfaction
• Strong customer service skills to connect with diverse guests and handle inquiries or concerns professionally
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in food safety management ensures compliance with health regulations and safe beverage preparation
