Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks that enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as TABIT or TOAST.
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft signature cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours and special events like banquets or nightclubs
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption for safety

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and mixology techniques to create innovative drinks
• Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math and basic math skills
• Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling standards is a plus
• Previous hospitality industry experience including food service, catering, or retail math is advantageous
