Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of specialty drinks and menu items.
• Manage POS systems such as TOAST POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at the end of each shift while ensuring accuracy in retail math calculations.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations; respond promptly to any issues or emergencies.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to deliver seamless service during peak hours.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems including efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
