Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Develop innovative beverage recipes and stay current on industry trends in mixology, spirits, wine knowledge, and brewing techniques
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours by managing time effectively while maintaining high service standards
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service during events or banquets

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings
• Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
• Experience working with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while providing exceptional customer service
• Background in food handling, food safety procedures, and cash handling processes in the food industry
• Previous restaurant or banquet experience preferred; familiarity with hospitality industry standards is a plus
• Excellent math skills for retail math, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately
