BARTENDER

At PAM, the bar is an essential part of the guest experience. We are looking for a confident, engaging Bartender who combines technical skill with warmth, pace and personality. You will create memorable drinks, share your knowledge naturally and help set the tone for a lively, welcoming restaurant.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks to a consistently high standard. Offer informed, friendly recommendations and confidently guide guests through the drinks list. Keep the bar organised, well stocked and beautifully presented throughout service. Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to deliver smooth, well-timed service. Follow licensing, hygiene, allergen and responsible-service procedures at all times. Contribute ideas, energy and creativity to the evolution of the PAM bar programme.

We’re looking for someone who

• Previous bartending experience in a quality restaurant or cocktail bar. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine and modern bar techniques. A natural host with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Calm, organised and positive in a busy service environment. A collaborative team player who takes pride in their craft.

About PAM

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45.0 per week
