Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety protocols.
• Operate Toast POS systems for order processing and cash handling efficiently.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service delivery.
• Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed, showcasing versatility in various settings.
• Uphold food safety standards while preparing drinks and serving food items when applicable.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience in both nightclub and restaurant environments.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
