Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Process cash transactions accurately using Clover POS, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently.
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes or specials to excite guests and boost sales.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption for safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.

Pay: $23.41 - $28.19 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
