Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere while maintaining safety and order.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within restaurants or similar hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and genuinely.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order management.
• Experience in serving or bartending roles within the food industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
