Duties

• Mix and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining high quality and speed
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety for all patrons
• Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the station well-equipped during busy hours
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, or serving is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and energetic presence
• Ability to perform basic math for accurate cash handling and drink measurements
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Familiarity with restaurant or bar environments is a plus
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads for extended periods

Pay: £12.71 per hour
