Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales.
• utilize square Pos System
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Handle cash processing, balancing cash drawer at shift end

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending at a full service restaurant
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders seamlessly
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods effectively
• Previous food service experience
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, ect
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper alcohol service regulations
• MAST and Food Safety Card Required

Pay: $17.13 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
