Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage multiple drink orders while balancing speed and accuracy during busy hours.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the bar fully equipped for service.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support a lively, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or hospitality roles within restaurants or bars.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods without compromising service quality.
• Familiarity with serving techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation.
• Prior experience in restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.

Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
