Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options using established recipes or creating new ones through beverage recipe development.
• Engage with guests warmly to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with ordering when necessary.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service by checking IDs, recognizing signs of intoxication, and adhering to all legal regulations.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to support food service operations during busy hours, including serving food when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and brewing processes.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $4.50 - $30.00 per hour
