Bartender

We are a multi award winning, Michelin starred restaurant.

We are looking for passionate and energetic Bartender to work in our dispense bar at Chez Bruce

• You will work 8 shifts over 5 days.
• 2 meals per day are provided.
• Serve the best food and drinks within a relaxed, informal yet thoroughly professional environment.
• Make cocktails (classic and signature), mocktails and serve wines by the glass.
• Opportunity to work with an outstanding wine list.
• Sound experience in similarly high class establishments is preferred, but NOT a must as a training would be provided.
