Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling with integrity.
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while minimizing waste; monitor stock levels regularly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy periods, including nightclubs, banquets, or special events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender with a strong foundation in mixology, cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; ability to process transactions swiftly and accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in a lively setting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods efficiently.
• Previous experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
