Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of all beverages according to safety standards.
• Operate POS systems accurately to process cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and balance registers at the end of each shift.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending
• Knowledge of POS systems; ability to process transactions swiftly.
• Strong understanding of beverage recipes,
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and self motiving
