Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and glassware
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with supplies and ingredients
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in the food industry or catering preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food handling procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
• Demonstrated hospitality and customer service skills
