MUST be available Mon-Wed, Sunday with possibility of shifts on Friday and Saturday as well.

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional beverage service and engaging interactions. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and customer service will contribute to a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. The ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality industry, skilled in a variety of drink preparations, and eager to deliver top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items that enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure seamless service during busy hours
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food pairing suggestions and coordinate catering or banquet services when needed

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fast paced setting with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and cocktail mixology principles
• Familiarity with POS system Clover a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
• Previous food service experience including serving, food handling, and catering is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
