Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes, craft new cocktails, and stay current with industry trends in mixology and brewing
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours and special events like banquets or nightclubs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail creation
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in beverage recipe development and mixology techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
