Delamina Marylebone is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our full-time team.

We are a busy, established Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, known for great food, warm hospitality and a carefully considered drinks offer.

Our bar operates primarily as a dispense bar, preparing drinks for the restaurant throughout service. We have a bespoke cocktail list inspired by the flavours and ingredients used in our kitchens, alongside classic cocktails, carefully selected wines, spirits and beers.

The Role

This is a hands-on Bartender position for someone who can run a busy dispense bar confidently and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for preparing drinks consistently and at pace, keeping the bar organised and stocked, and working closely with the floor team to keep service moving.

You need to be quick without becoming messy, organised without needing constant direction, and able to maintain standards when the restaurant gets busy.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Bartender experience in a busy restaurant or quality bar
• Strong cocktail-making skills
• Confident working a busy dispense bar
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and wine
• Speed, consistency and attention to detail
• Strong bar setup and organisation
• Good communication with the floor team
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
• Good English
• Reliable, professional and team-focused
