Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, accurately, and with flair, ensuring each guest’s preferences are met with enthusiasm.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cashing out with precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management, ensuring timely service during busy hours.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub operations as needed, demonstrating versatility across different hospitality settings.
• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly at bars or nightclubs demonstrates strong customer engagement skills.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards ensures compliance with health regulations.
• Strong math skills including retail math and basic math are essential for cash handling and accurate sales transactions.
• Excellent time management skills enable you to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.
