Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption for responsible service
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and beverage recipe measurements
• Previous experience with beverage recipe development and serving in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable
