Bartender

The Eastman is looking for friendly, professional bartenders to join our team. Located in Pittsburgh's North Side, The Eastman combines neighborhood hospitality, craft cocktails, local beer, sports, and chef-driven food from the team behind Taqueria Acosta.

We're looking for hospitality-focused bartenders who enjoy building relationships with guests, working as part of a team, and helping create a welcoming neighborhood bar experience.

Position

Bartender (Full-Time )

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment
• Engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
• Follow Pennsylvania liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Ability to multitask during busy service periods
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• RAMP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
