Bartender

We are a high-volume craft cocktail bar that values creativity, hospitality, teamwork, and continued education. We’re looking for someone who has a strong foundation behind the bar and is excited to further develop their craft while working alongside a talented team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional, personable, and knowledgeable guest service
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and composure during high-volume service
• Learn and execute house cocktail recipes, techniques, and presentations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar throughout service
• Follow proper sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, cocktails, ingredients, and flavor profiles
• Participate in menu development, tastings, and ongoing education when applicable
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, barbacks, and management
• Communicate effectively with the team during busy services
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation of every drink
• Assist with opening, closing, prep, cleaning, and other daily bar operations
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and enjoyable team environment
• Be willing to learn and work with advanced craft cocktail techniques and creative ingredients

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment. Previous experience in a craft cocktail environment is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and fundamental bartending techniques. Passion for craft cocktails, spirits, and continued learning. Excellent communication and hospitality skills. Outgoing, confident, and personable personality. Ability to connect with a wide variety of guests. Thick skin and the ability to handle constructive criticism and high-pressure situations. Ability to work efficiently and remain composed during busy services. Strong attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to mesh well with an established team and contribute positively to the workplace culture. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities during service.
