Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow, support serving duties, and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in bartending preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes accurately.
• Previous experience in serving or bartending roles within the food industry is highly desirable.
