Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm (Optional Saturday shifts)

Pay Structure: Guaranteed base pay plus performance bonus incentives

We are expanding our regional campaign setup and hiring an entry-level Bartender to join our interactive hospitality teams, branded pop-up bars, and promotional event showcases across the city.

What the Role Involves

As a core Bartender on our event team, you will combine hospitality service with brand outreach. Working across active campaign venues and pop-up setups, you will greet visitors, serve drink samples, explain active client promotions, and help interested guests register for featured services on the spot.

Responsibilities

Morning Briefing & Setup

Gather with campaign leads to review client goals and brand standards. Help prep the bar area, set up display stands, and organise promotional literature before doors open.

Live Guest Engagement

Welcome visitors with a warm, professional manner. Serve beverages while starting natural conversations to introduce client packages, service highlights, and active offers.

Registration & Review

Assist interested guests with quick on-site sign-ups. Log visitor feedback and interaction numbers accurately before joining afternoon recaps to evaluate event success.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Confident, polished communication and an approachable personal style
• High attention to detail when managing bar setups and logging customer details
• A positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic during busy event hours
• Previous background as a Bartender, or in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided
