Bartender

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to quality and presentation standards
• Support daily bar operations including opening and closing duties
• Provide friendly and attentive service while engaging with guests
• Recommend beverages and provide personalized suggestions based on guests’ preferences
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM holder with F&B experiences

• At least 1 – 2 years of bartending experiences

• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixing techniques and drink presentations

• Good understanding of responsible alcohol service

• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

• Passion for excellent service

• Positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering excellent hospitality
