Bartender

The Charlotte Arms is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Bar Staff to join our opening team to help bring this exciting new venue to life.

What you'll do:

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable and genuine service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks to the highest standards.
• Build excellent product knowledge to recommend drinks to guests.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation behind the bar.
• Working effectively during busy service periods while remaining calm and organised
• Operate tills and handling payments accurately.
• Supporting events and promotional activity when required.
• Following licensing legislation, Challenge 25 procedures and health & safety standards.
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional service throughout the venue.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous bar experience in a pub, bar or hospitality venue (desirable.)
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• An interest in, or basic understanding of quality beers, wines, spirits and cocktails.
• A friendly, confident and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and public holidays.
