Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.
• Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and promoting responsible serving practices.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to deliver seamless service.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Experience with catering events or banquet service is a plus; knowledge of brewing or food industry trends is beneficial.
