What they need
We are looking for experienced and passionate bartenders to join our team. This is a Chef David Guas concept that opened in McLean Virginia in June of 2024. We are a lunch, brunch, dinner neighborhood restaurant that specializes in modern American cuisine utilizing our custom wood burning oven. We have a 30 person bar area with a mix of high tops and bar seats.
- 3 years of experience as a bartender at a high volume spot or similar role
- Extensive food and wine knowledge
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills, positive vibes only please
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player, leader
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- An adult, in many ways
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25.0 – 38.0 per week
