Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks tailored to their tastes.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling responsibly.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies promptly, and assist with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service policies.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including special events like banquets or nightclubs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe creation.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of food handling practices are preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments; familiarity with hospitality industry standards is advantageous.
