Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Assist with food service when required, including serving snacks or light meals during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions.
• Maintain a lively yet safe environment by monitoring guest behavior and adhering to nightclub or hospitality regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service settings; previous retail math or hospitality experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
