Bartender

Position Responsibilities

● Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

● Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to every guest.

● Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently.

● Have a strong knowledge of the cocktail, wine, beer, and food menus.

● Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.

● Follow proper food, beverage, and sanitation procedures.

● Accurately process payments and operate the POS system.

● Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management.

● Follow all applicable alcohol-service laws and restaurant policies.

● Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

● Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

● Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred.

● Strong communication and customer-service skills.

● Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

● Reliable and punctual.

● Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

● Ability to work well as part of a team.

● Knowledge of responsible alcohol service.

● Must meet all applicable age and legal requirements for alcohol service.

Pay: $7.50 - $10.00 per hour
