Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, as well as a solid understanding of food safety and handling practices. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments through POS systems like Aloha and Micros.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Participate in special events such as banquets or catering services as needed.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.
