Bartender

Role Overview

We are seeking a guest-focused Bartender—ranging from seasoned cocktail craftspeople to passionate up-and-coming talent eager to learn the trade.

Our establishment features two distinct concepts: our main floor live-music and event bar, and an upstairs cigar and craft cocktail lounge complete with a walk-in humidor. You will have the opportunity to work across both environments based on scheduling needs and your skill set. Service, hospitality, and genuine enthusiasm for the craft are our highest priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional hospitality, engage guests, manage feedback proactively, and ensure top-tier service at all times.
• Beverage & Menu Execution: Craft high-quality cocktails with precision, maintain attention to presentation, and contribute ideas for seasonal or custom beverage programs.
• Cigar & Spirits Knowledge: Learn the fundamentals of our humidor and bourbon selection to offer paired recommendations to guests.
• Bar Operations: Manage ticket flow, service wells, and seating areas efficiently—including solo coverage during single-shift periods.
• Daily Workflow: Complete opening, mid-shift handoff, and closing procedures thoroughly. Handle tickets, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintenance & Standards: Keep the bar setup clean, organized, and fully stocked while maintaining a professional appearance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality (bartender, barback, or high-volume service station).
• Strong multitasking abilities and composure under pressure.
• Passion for craft cocktails, draft systems, or fine spirits.
• Bourbon/whiskey expertise or cigar knowledge is a major plus (on-the-job training provided).

Pay: From $6.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
