Lux Turkish Restaurant is looking for an experienced Cocktail & Flair Bartender who combines excellent drinks with confident showmanship.

Our restaurant brings together Turkish cuisine, stylish surroundings and warm hospitality. We want someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys interacting with guests and can make the bar a memorable part of their visit.

Professional bartending experience and practical flair bartending skills are essential for this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing classic and signature cocktails with consistent flavour, presentation and accurate measures.
• Performing controlled flair bartending moves, including bottle and shaker tricks, safely and confidently.
• Engaging with guests, explaining drinks and recommending options based on their preferences.
• Managing drink orders efficiently during busy restaurant service.
• Serving spirits, wines, beers, soft drinks and alcohol-free cocktails.
• Preparing garnishes, ingredients and the bar before service.
• Keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked, monitoring supplies and minimising waste.
• Working closely with the waiting team to ensure drinks reach tables promptly.
• Following responsible alcohol service, hygiene and bar procedures.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, cocktail bar or similar venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and mixing techniques.
• Demonstrable flair bartending ability.
• A welcoming personality and clear communication skills.
• Ability to maintain speed, accuracy, and presentation under pressure.
• A reliable, professional approach and a willingness to support colleagues.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
