Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.
• Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate stock shortages promptly.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours, including catering events or nightclub nights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or similar hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer options.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without compromising quality.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of health regulations applicable to food service environments.
• Experience with cash handling, retail math, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
