Overview
As a Bartender, you will be the vibrant heart of our establishment, crafting delightful beverages and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, particularly during banquets or special events.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Stay informed about drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons.

Experience

• Proven experience in a bartending role within a fast-paced environment such as restaurants, nightclubs, or catering events is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures in the food industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters a welcoming atmosphere.
• Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Familiarity with various POS systems is advantageous.
• Previous experience in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
