Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink options tailored to their tastes
• Maintain knowledge of beverage recipes, including developing new cocktails and updating menus regularly
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during beverage preparation and service
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption in compliance with legal regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service in a lively setting

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Ability to develop beverage recipes and contribute to menu innovation
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Previous experience in bar management or catering is a plus but not required

Pay: From $5.00 per hour
