Bartender

Job Summary:

Seeking a full time and a part time bartender to join our team. Flexible schedule a plus. Candidtes should be reliable, personable and able to work various shifts including nights and weekends. CREATIVIY is a PLUS! We are looking for some one that can help design unique events and themed experiences for shifts and holidays. Pay will be based on experience.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques
• Knowledge of retail math for handling payments
• Experience in hospitality or food service industry
• Ability to handle a POS system efficiently
• Excellent time management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience in bartending or related roles.
• Familiarity with various types of alcoholic beverages and cocktails
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
