What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with flair and precision.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and health regulations.
• Operate Clover POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets and special events.
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
• Uphold responsible serving practices in compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.

Basic qualifications

• Must be available to work FRIDAY, SATURDAY, & SUNDAY
• Previous experience in a bartending role within fast paced dining settings is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations in the food industry.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of wine & brewing techniques to offer a diverse selection of beverages.
