Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Microsale POS; handle cash handling responsibilities efficiently.
• Develop and refine beverage recipes, including signature cocktails and seasonal specials, to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functions.

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems such as Microsale POS for efficient order processing.
• Proven expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and spirits handling.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively environment.
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and food safety standards within the hospitality industry.
• Previous food service or restaurant experience, including banquet or catering settings preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry transactions confidently.
