Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and cater to guest preferences.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving.
• Assist with bar inventory management, restocking supplies, and tracking beverage levels efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly.
• Previous experience in fine dining establishments or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or banquet settings is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting.

Pay: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour
