Bartender

We are looking for a qualified and dependable individual who enjoys working with people to join our team as a Part-Time Bartender. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent guest service, prepare drinks accurately and efficiently, handle multiple guests at once, and work well with others. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, reliable, and able to maintain a clean and organized bar while creating a welcoming experience for our guests. JOB DUTIES: 5:30pm-10:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards
• Provide friendly, professional service to hotel guests
• Take drink orders and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Check identification and follow all applicable alcohol service laws
• Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible alcohol service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Provide excellent guest service and create a welcoming bar atmosphere
• Follow Marriott and hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TABC certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Reliable and dependable
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $11.00 /hour+tips
