Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and enhancing their overall experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Process cash transactions accurately using Toast POS; handle cash with integrity.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service during busy hours, including catering events or banquets.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu offerings.

Skills

• Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest loyalty.
• Experience in food service environments ; familiarity with food handling and safety protocols.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and beverage portioning accurately.
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and the ability to adapt to guest preferences seamlessly.

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
